Lifecheq is a South African fintech business specialising in personal finance and financial advisory technology. Our unique holistic approach to financial advice, combined with our market-leading advice platform, has redefined how financial advice is delivered in South Africa. We operate one of the fastest-growing and largest financial advice platforms, serving consumers, financial advisers, and large financial institutions.
Our mission is to democratise access to high-quality, personalised, and holistic financial advice - making comprehensive financial planning accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.
You'll be working primarily on our proprietary Questionnaire Tool - the technological heart of what makes Lifecheq unique. This in-house system enables our engineers to build financial questionnaires using a low-code platform that serves multiple critical functions:
Conversation facilitation: Guides advisers through structured client conversations
Data collection engine: Systematically gathers comprehensive client information
Real-time recommendation system: Makes intelligent product and advice recommendations on the fly
Integration hub: Connects seamlessly with various financial systems and databases
This tool enables our advisers to deliver truly holistic financial advice efficiently and consistently. The user experience of these questionnaires directly impacts the quality of advice our clients receive and the effectiveness of our advisers.
We're seeking a specialist UX Consultant to serve as the custodian of our Questionnaire Tool's UX and content. This is a unique opportunity to optimise sophisticated conversation facilitation and data-gathering experiences that help financial advisers deliver comprehensive client advice.
This isn't a traditional product design role - you'll be optimising structured information-gathering workflows within our Questionnaire Tool that acts as both conversation facilitator and recommendation engine.
